What is Cyber Warfare     120 countries have been developing ways to use the Internet as a weapon and target financial markets, government computer systems and utilities. (Source: McAfee Virtual Criminology Report 2007) Cyber warfare is the use of computers and the Internet in conducting warfare in cyberspace. The McAfee Virtual Criminology Report states that "Evidence suggests that governments and government-allied groups are now using the Internet for espionage and cyber-attacks on the critical national infrastructure (financial markets, utility providers, air traffic control) of other countries".
