Executive Program in Cyber Law

Cyber law is one of the fastest growing fields of law. This executive program trains you in cybercrime prosecution & defence, presenting digital evidence in court, ecommerce law, drafting econtracts & privacy policies, social media law and crypto laws.

This is an autonomous executive program conducted by Asian School of Cyber Laws.

Eligibility: HSc or higher.

Assessments: 100 mark online exam. Score at least 40% to pass. Take the exam anytime.

Faculty

Rohas Nagpal

Rohas Nagpal started his career in the early 1990s as a hacker. 👨🏻‍💻

His life-long love affair with Cryptography 🔐 started when he read David Chaum's work on blind digital signatures and the "Handbook of Applied Cryptography" by Menezes, Oorschot & Vanstonemy.

In 1999, he co-founded Asian School of Cyber Laws.

Over the next 16 years, he worked in cyber investigation & cyberlaw. He proudly counts some of the best investigators 🕵🏻 & lawyers amongst his students.

He also assisted the Govt. of India 🇮🇳 in framing draft rules under the Information Technology Act.

His work spanned 18 countries 🌏 and he has investigated cyber crimes & data breaches for hundreds of organizations across many sectors - from aerospace 🛩 & banking to law enforcement, pharma & shipping 🛳.

He authored the Cyber Crime Investigation Manual,📚 which has been referred to as a "bible for cybercrime investigators" by the Times of India.

Currently, he is the Chief Blockchain Architect of the Wrapped Asset Project and is building the Future Money Wallet and the Hybrid Finance (HyFi) Blockchain.

Gokul Narayan

Gokul Narayan is the Chief Operations Officer of Asian School of Cyber Laws and a Mediator with the CAMP Arbitration and Mediation Pvt. Ltd, Bangalore. He holds a Masters degree in law from Symbiosis Law School, Pune. Gokul has been in the field of education as a faculty and an entrepreneur for over 15 years. He designs, curates, markets and delivers state-of-the-art legal courses, seminars, and workshops to students as well as working professionals. His areas of specialization include Cyber Law, Mediation, Arbitration and Intellectual Property Law.

He also loves playing badminton 🏸, cricket 🏏, listening to music 🎵 and going on long rides on one of his many bikes 🏍.
