Shuchi Nagpal co-founded Asian School of Cyber Laws in 1999. Her passion for cyber security began with her British Standards Institution (BSI) certification as a BS7799 Lead Internal Auditor.
She is a business owner, a content creator and a blockchain law and intellectual property law enthusiast.
She is currently the Chief Education Officer (CEO) at Asian School of Cyber Laws.
Rohas Nagpal began his career in the early 1990s as a hacker. He co-founded Asian School of Cyber Laws in 1999, and then worked for 16 years in cyber investigation and cyber law across 18 countries.
During this period, he also assisted the Government of India in framing draft rules under the Information Technology Act.
Rohas Nagpal is an Author, Blockchain Architect & Bitcoiner.
Debasis Nayak co-founded Asian School of Cyber Laws in 1999.
Blockchain and Crypto Law, Online gaming law, Electronic signature law, Cyber crime law and law relating to digital evidence, Intellectual Property Law and Law relating to distributed ledger technologies, cryptocurrencies.
He is currently a Government Advocate with the Government of Odisha.
Gokul Narayan has been in the field of education as a faculty and an entrepreneur for over 16 years. He designs, curates, markets and delivers state-of-the-art legal courses and workshops to students as well as working professionals.
His areas of specialization include Cyber Law, Mediation, Arbitration and Intellectual Property Law.
He is currently the Chief Operations Officer (COO) of Asian School of Cyber Laws
She is the level-headed hand holder for all ASCL students.
