Debasis Nayak co-founded Asian School of Cyber Laws in 1999. He is a Guest Faculty at the National Judicial Academy, various state judicial academies, the National Police Academy, the North Eastern Police Academy among others on cyber law and digital evidence.
Shuchi Nagpal co-founded Asian School of Cyber Laws in 1999. Her passion for cyber security began with her British Standards Institution (BSI) certification as a BS7799 Lead Internal Auditor. She is currently the Chief Operations Officer (COO) at Asian School of Cyber Laws.
She is the level-headed hand holder for all ASCL students. Whether it’s arranging lecture schedules, talking to students or managing admissions, Prity does it all with a smile. But get on her tough side and youll see that determined look in her eye. Then, watch out! And she bakes like a star!
If it needs to get done, done well and done regularly, you take it to Chaitali. She is the ultimate multitasker. Shes got a knack for juggling it all while staying on point with punctuality. A lawyer by qualification, Chaitali is our student counsellor, guiding students & helping with their queries. A nature lover and an avid traveller. Bird watching is her zen time.
Sanjay Jadhav is the friendly and concerned point-of-contact for students. A determined learner, resourceful administrator and co-ordinator, Sanjay gives invaluable support to our students!
Anushka Khair is our one point of contact at Government Law College (GLC), Mumbai. Anushka spearheads our premier Diploma in Cyber Law program at GLC by providing 360-degree administrative assistance.

Anupamaa has worked as team lead and assistant to Dr. Tamara Relis, Barrister, London School of Economics and Columbia University, on a project funded by UNDP, based on Lok Adalats. She holds a Diploma in Cyber Law and is Certified in Blockchain Law.
Our expert faculty in Arbitration Law and Practice. Dr. Bharat Nain is co-author of FAQs on Arbitration in India, a comprehensive and practical book on the subject. Dr. Nain completed the Fellowship in International Arbitration from the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, London.

Dr. Aditya Nain is an internationally published author of two books, including co-author of FAQs on Arbitration in India Formerly a full-time academic, he is a business owner, holds a Ph.D. from IIT Bombay, and is a regular visiting faculty at FLAME University.
Our expert faculty in Mediation. Jonathan Rodrigues is certified civil, commercial and workplace mediator, with an academic background in Psychology and Law at Goa University, India. Jonathan graduated from his LL.M. studies in Mediation and Conflict Resolution with Distinction from the University of Strathclyde, UK.
Nisshant Laroia is a Mediatior, Advocate and Partner at The PACT. He is an Accredited Mediator at The Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA), Government of India, the Indian Institute of Arbitration & Mediation (IIAM). He is also a Certified Cross-border mediator & Scholar, PSMA, Charles University, Prague. He is an Accredited Mediation Advocate with SCMA, London.
