Founded in 1999, the Asian School of Cyber Laws (ASCL) is one of the world’s earliest institutions dedicated to cyber law, cybercrime investigation, digital evidence, and online dispute resolution. ASCL has trained students, professionals, police officers, lawyers, and government officials from over 25 countries.

ASCL is a division of Alcertis Education Ventures Pvt. Ltd., a registered Training Partner of the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Government of India.

Our work spans drafting regulations, supporting cybercrime investigation, training officials, and contributing to cyber law jurisprudence.

ASCL’s work has reached the United Nations, international law congresses, global cybercrime training programs, and national governments. We have contributed to international cyber law discourse, trained senior officials from Germany, Malaysia, Mauritius and other countries, and participated in world congresses on informatics and law.
