Rukmani Menon brings over twenty-five years of experience leading a law practice that spans indirect taxation (now GST), commercial litigation, property matters, and corporate advisory work.

In 2015, she completed the 40-hour mediation training and certification program at the Bangalore Mediation Centre, adding formal mediation expertise to her litigation background. This combination of deep legal experience and structured mediation training positioned her perfectly to join SettleWiseNow, a private mediation firm, as a Director.
